The purpose of the drug is list is to give you access to those medications that are available on the Prescription Assistance Programs.

Fee Structure and Enrollment information: Qualification is based on income and when you apply you will receive a complimentary case evaluation. The approval process takes 24 - 48 hours. Once approved for the program, there will be a one-time setup fee of $25 at time of enrollment. You will next receive an enrollment packet to complete and return to MedPro. When MedPro receives your completed enrollment forms, the remainder of the enrollment process takes 4 to 6 weeks. Thereafter, an administrative fee of $20.00 per medication will be charged each month after you receive your medication. Your Medications are sent in a 90 day supply but some are available in a 30 day supply. The program is ongoing for 12 months.
