Healthcare Reform – Individual Mandate Health Insurance
July 2010 – Effective January 1st, 2014, "applicable individuals" will be required to maintain "minimum essential coverage" for themselves and their dependents. "Applicable individuals" who fail to maintain "minimum essential coverage" will be required to pay a "penalty" on their tax return.
NIHN Prescription Assistance Program
October 2009 – Working to optimize health and promoting solutions designed to achieve high quality, cost-effective health care, North Idaho Health Network is partnering with MEDPro ( a corporate affiliate of Design Benefits) to add a Prescription Assistance Program to the services they offer their 270 member physicians and five member hospitals in the five Northern Counties of Idaho.
Prescription Assistance Program Offered
Jan 2008 - Design Benefits has added to their portfolio of health care related services by offering a prescription assistance program. This program is available nationwide to individuals and their families who need maintenance medications but are unable to afford them.
Web Development and Intranet Services

- XHTML 1.0 Strict and XHTML 1.1 is used for Web Standards compliant code on all pages. Our web applications are built to adhere to current Web Standards and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.
- Cascading Style Sheets Level 2 is used to control all aspects of document presentation. Tables are used for their original purpose only: that is, displaying tabular data and not for presentation or page layout purposes.
- SQL Server 2005 databases are used to manage the content. SQL Server 2005 delivers a highly secure and reliable backend system to manage mission-critical data.
